The real estate market is definitely picking up! Our company has seen some investors join in on the buying. One of our buyers put in a full price offer on a home that was beat by another offer "substantially" over the listing price. As Dylan sang: "...These times they are a-changin..." Bring out your buyers!! Things are good!

Well here's week two. Hee's my high level overview. THE BUYERS ARE COMING OUT!! We have had buyers calling us from our website, from online newspaper advertising and mostly from people who know, like and trust us. How about YOU?? Let me know.
